What a beautiful experience I had going to the lab, Pam was there to help me with everything. I asked her so many questions but she didn't mind answering. Thank you for that amazing woman. PAM

Terrible/ Pathetic service. Waited 20 minutes although I was 2nd client. The client before me was done within 5 minutes of me getting there, the nurse was just pacing around for the next 15 minutes I left and went to Ampath with completing new forms was done within 10 minutes. Will never go to any Lancet Laboratories in future. Don’t deserve the 1 star rating.

I think 1 star is tooooo generous. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any lancet facility The people working there were unprofessional, unhygienic and rude. Eating in the private rooms where the blood is drawn and speaking to each other whilst assisting patients, just unprofessional. I walked in sick and walked out feeling worse. Got my Covid test done there and I'm still feeling the pain in my nostril, 2 days later. Had a freak episode of blurry vision and light headedness after the test and my GP is forcing me to have a CT scan. That Covid test was BRUTALLY SHOVED in my nostril, I will never be going back there ever again. Rather go to the Lancet Laboratory in Richmond; the service is good and the health care workers are professional 5 stars. I would NOT recommend anyone going to the Lancet Laboratories at Garden City

They are quick with sevice and results.

The worst Lancet i have ever been to, terrible service, unfriendly, rude. 1 client, 6 people busy talking and pretending to be so busy, they take forever to help you, they dont seem to know how to enter your details on their computer system. Please train your employees or hire more efficient ones.

This is quite possibly the worst Lancet Lab ever. Terrible staff. Don't even bother coming here rather go to another lab.

They didnt bother to put pressure on my arm. They just drew blood... I have pain and bruising a week later.

Excellent service. The staff was professional , very friendly and very patient.

They are the best lab ive ever been to. Great service

There are 6 people & 3 clients but they still take a lifetime to help!
