I asked for a sales consultant to contact me regarding a merc I’m interested in buying. She had no idea what auto trader was. She dropped my call and each time I tried calling back she picked up and dropped the call immediately. Is this what you call amazing service

My vehicle was damaged during a hailstorm whilst it was in their possession. The service was supposed to take 17-hours, but they had my car for 3-days. The refuse to pay for the damages as they claim that the insurers do not cover these acts of God. Absolutely appalling service by this dealership.

I went to Garden City to buy the battery for the car keys. I was assisted by Nokubonga and Percy. They reminded me about my car's warranty benefits. They're friendly and helpful with a smile on their faces

I have waited for the manager Faliza to send me a comparative quote on a specific new model for over 2 years ! Leaving messages went in vain, and I eventually purchased the vehicle from Mercedes Bryanston, now when I need another vehicle serviced in Pietermaritzburg, the delay in returning a call to make a booking is absurd! Unfortunately this is the only Mercedes dealership in Pietermaritzburg, so residents have to tolerate the non-existent service levels !

Anand the service manager is rude and arrogant. This dealership is turned from good to absolutely terrible. Makes me want rid of the brand.

Before buying the car, Yathin Pakkoo promised us to fix our door side threads after we bought it. He then avoids our calls & messages till date. Good job with the sales tactics & False promises Yathin. Update : the manager refuses to do anything because “it has been too long” even though it was his staffs promise to fix the door side threads.

Service is pathetic you get kicked from pillar to post nobody seems to know what they doing dissatisfied customer

Such shocking service and arrogance from Candice. Cannot even replace a simple battery in a responder. Unapologetic. How do you run out of batteries!! I mean really Mercedes. Wake up! Why not tell me when I walk in instead of making me fill in papers and sit and wait. Now i have to drive back. No apologies. No plan to be made. Just tough luck for you. Come back another day. Service?? Is it because you have the monopoly in PMB that you dont care about your customers?

Spent over 5hrs in their waiting lounge... was disappointed that there was no cafeteria but the staff was amazing, especially Abullah...

Worst dealership ever. Bought a car from them coming all the way from GP. The car fairly new had an engine warning light from day 1, they suggested we contact Mercedes Benz for assistance, of which we did; the warning light was cleared. Two days later after not driving the car, it illuminates again, went directly to them to fix and they advised that it’s no major problem we can drive back to GP. 3hrs into the trip back, the engine warning became oil leak warning and car had to be stopped immediately. We were stuck halfway through to GP in the dark with no assistance either from Mercedes Benz and the dealership for hours till the early hours of the next morning. To which, we were diverted to another Merc in a different small town; after numerous frustrating calls. The PMB dealership didn’t bother assisting the situation to date, we eventually had to deal with Merc directly. I will never recommend that anyone uses Mercedes PMB. We had thee most unpleasant, distasteful, disrespectful and unappreciative experience ever, from the Managers above and everyone involved in the sale
