I would not recommend these estate agents to anyone. Very poor services from them. They can't even respond back to emails when help is really needed. Now my question is who's going to compensate us in our block of flats for damages suffered. The only solution here is to report them to the consumer rights council and the ombudsman. Now the water is streaming down the streets here across Mediclinic Vereeniging I hope the hole of Vereeniging sees that Garry Mann estate agents service is beyond poor. Ines place is without electricity for 4 days and now without water. I'm going to hello Peter so the hole south Africa can see what poor services we are getting

We rented a office from them in General Hertzog. We made it very clear to the agent Michelle Bow that we require good cellphone reception and stable internet. The agent was well aware of the poor cellphone reception in the area as the previous tenant vacated the premises due to the same problem. We are now struggling to get our deposit paid back to us. Chantelle Pyper and Michelle Bow is everyday giving a different excuse. Even thou on the day of the inspection of the property we were informed that the deposit would be paid back to us in 21 days.

I visited their website because of the property I had not found on the popular property websites and I was amazed as to why did they not advertise on all popular property websites. I however saw what I was looking for and was pleased.

Worst service imaginable. Doesn't respond to complaints. Will definitely not recommend them to be the corporate body of any building or complex.
