I called and spoke to Ian the so called owner himself. I had a broken key in one of my security gates. Ian explained that if they could get the broken key out, he would make me a replacement key at no extra cost. The cost all inclusive call out plus vat was quoted at R550. He arranged for Shawn one of his technicians to come out to me on the 1st Dec 2022. Shawn was brilliant, managed to get the broken key out in less than 5 minutes. He took the broken key away and promised that he would deliver the new replacement key on his way home later that day. Later that day, I received the invoice and paid it promptly. It is now the 20th Dec and the replacement key has still not been delivered. When I call, I am told that I should make travel all the way to ballito to get the key made this apparently is Ians shop. The gateway shop apparently does not belong to him. I have left a bad review because: 1. I don't think business owners should make promises that they cannot and are not willing to keep; 2. I have received poor service when I complained and threatened to leave a poor review. I paid them the money in good faith because I was promised a new replacement key. His return message was "all the best" and "merry christmas" Would not recommend. My advice if you use these people is let them complete the job first before making payment.

Vehicle boot was unlocked easily and also explained how to maintain it to avoid future problems.

Decent place managed to get a car key cut but is so expensive...
