GoodDay Sir/Ma'am I hope you good and well. You are communicating with Mzwakhe Tshabalala, I had written my trade test with TECHNOTRAIN TRAINING CENTRE in 2021/08 . I passed and was told my certificate will be issued to me within 3 months. and it has been almost 2 years now waiting for my trade test certificate, and when I call and enquire about it , im told that SERVICESETA is the problem and they haven't made a collection of my trade test certificate . I was referred to one employee named Siphokazi from SERVICE SETA and she has been dogie about everything , its been over 3-4 month she keeps saying she will collect the trade certificate on every Thursday till this day nothing has been done. To be honest as an African black child from a less privileged family background. saving funds from hard work to try change my life and that of my family , then get to be dealt with in this manner , it truly heart breaks and delays the uBUNTU that was meant and fought for by our country . I wish not to bore you but all I ask is assistance on getting my matter resolved and fixed for companies im applying to request for the trade certificate and I can't provide it . I also contacted Merseta and they too mentioned to me that they can’t get the serial number that TECHNOTRAIN registered on my documents on and that they haven’t even registered a thing. So I ask for your assistance as a higher level of help . For I have contacted SERVICE SETA and TECHNOTRAIN and non have offered any form of help but were doggie about everything . So I request for your help to resolve my case and expose corruption, fraudulent and unfair handling of young people looking to shape a great future for our country . Please , I contact You DOE for I believe that you can render me help and solution upon my problem. And if anyone else can assist please do your help will be highly appreciated kind regards

Poor service. Two years later my son has not been placed into a special school. I submitted all the documents and sent follow up emails and called but they hardly respond to emails or answer they phones. It is frustrating!!!!Worst department ever.I wish there was an alternative to get kids to public schools around pretoria.

Poor service. Security did a much better job and deserve a 5 star. I left there without being helped instead I was directed from district to basic, from basic to district office again, next thing I stood in a line and told they are not answering their calls in the department of extension 6046 if I'm not mistaken, poor security kept calling. And the is a lady who was so harsh she was called for some one who needed their child placed in attrigeville, she came to me thinking I was the lady the lady was so RUDE.worse there is no proper system or Mic for them to say who they want to talk to since we are not allowed inside the building.

There is no form of assistance. The clerks know nothing about online services on the government web-site. They cannot trace any online applications or registrations and cannot assist with anything. They have no knowledge about the government eservices site. Very poor service, no one knows what they are doing. A waste of time, money and effort.

Good day, I was wondering if you could kindly assist in the following procedures of the School’s Act. 1. If a parent refuses to fill and sign the enrolment papers, is the school obliged by Law to accept the learner to their school? 2. When it comes to legal action collecting school fees, what exactly is needed to form part of the summons, in example, original enrolment, questionnaire regarding the subsidy options etc?

Phone not answered, child not yet placed for grade 8, even after deadline

Pathetic no one answers the phones and no assistance at all, no wonder our country is going under.

Calling everyday for the past 3week they just don't answer their phone and here i am trying to do a follow up on my daughter's application!!! I'm now going there physically i wanna see how they run that off hey!!!

Not answering their phones at the Centurion districts office. I stay 2.5 km from the school I applied for as first choice and no answer received as yet via sms. Schools refer you to the department and no answer
