Can only be helped after school hours, had to take my toddler with because of this and was told to leave her in the car or at the gate. In a country where children aren't safe I feel this is unacceptable to say the least, especially from the Education Department...

After more than 6 months of being on early retirement, we had to contact the district office several times to sort out my pension. I have tried to phone several numbers...either phones don't get answered or some phones just don't work. Very often the official that we have to speak to is not at work or his phone goes straight to voicemail. GEPF rejected pensioen application again for 3rd time - after we have completed the forms exactly the way the HR official told us to do he even checked it. Frustrating.

Most disappointing and syressful experience. Tried to have a meeting with a friendly person who continuosly spoke and greeted other people who also entered the entrance hall while "explaining" to me how to complete form. I was traumatised to say the least. Pray that you never have to go there!

They are very helpful,except few who think working for such institution is a chance to make others feel that they are important.
