Very unhappy with the service I’m currently receiving from Rue Maeresera. She’s extremely disrespectful. I’m finding ways to escalate this because I have tried to be patient and understanding. Firstly, she just responds to emails without even actually reading what was sent, she’s unprofessional, she doesn’t know how to talk to people, she doesn’t follow up or communicate. I have to keep calling back to find out what is going on. I’m tired of dealing with her, now I have to escalate.

Truly pathetic service! These attorneys are slow, don't provide knowledgeable and timely feedback, and are poorly equipped in every way to handle a property transfer. Their shocking levels of customer service has resulted in me paying unnecessary occupational rent due to the fact that they could not sort out the transfer in time due to their poor administration and utter lack of control. If you want a slow, ill-informed service provider who will make your property purchase experience a terrible and expensive one, then these are your guys!

I had a terrible experience. Lawyers dont give complete information on how to sign bond documents. They are completely unaware of what is the policy for overseas client. Unacceptable service!!!!
