Danie contacted me with regards to each additional item for approval before going ahead, he supplied a completion date This was a major service including gearbox and he stuck to the date. Cost of the service was very reasonable. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else

Friendly management and team. Quality of work often not acceptable, though. Could not fix severe oil leak on BMW 325i, after apparently replacing CCV.

You charged me R15 000 for a fan in my 320d. It broke a couple of months after you installed it. I took the car to a reputable technician what a surprise, you replaced it with: NOT A GENUINE BMW PART. I have the photos. You disgust me

Was more than satisfied with my experience at German Auto will recommend them to anybody whose looking for a first class service well done German Auto.

For a service it's ok, but I've spent 10 grand with them on "fixing" my high oil consumption, with no change. It's a 15 year old BMW 318i so it's understandable that it's difficult to fix the oil consumption, but I feel they are happy to try things with your money, that might not work.

Great customer service provided. They are competitively priced too.

Absolutely no pride, the German community would be disgusted in their workmanship and lack of pride. Continuous lies and avoiding the point. And Tell me to take my car elsewhere as they "don't know what's wrong" When I returned to show pic of the damage they caused and offered them the opportunity to inspect the vehicle at the venue where it was been assessed. This went unanswered. How can I return a vehicle that has been damaged by inferior workmanship and trust that they would do it right the next time round, and on top of that been told to take my car as it is "not right", because they don't know further. Cost me a lot of money I don't have, to repair what they messed up.

Recently had to start getting quotes on a clutch repair, not only were they the 1st ones to quote back but they were also the most reasonably priced. Sent my car there. Once they started working, other issues came up and was attended to by 1st asking if they can repair NO surprise bills. They also picked up that my vehicle had some other issues which i have been advised of by other places as "steering racks, pumps, tie rods, etc" which would have cost me loads more money, but they told me the exact problem and how to get it fixed. Perfect service in my eyes.
