Customer service is very poor. They don’t take time to listen to parent concerns. If your child goes there, get ready to be spoken to like a child. Teachers don’t know their boundaries and assume they have a final say in what happens to your child while at their school. They treat parents like they have been forced to teach their kids ballet. Doesn’t matter how good you are at what you do,if you don’t know how to treat customers. All we take away is bad service
