I had the most lovely afternoon of pampering before my sister's wedding. My nails look perfect, the hand and foot massage was great. We got a cappuccino and some champagne to make the pampering into a mini celebration of the big day coming up. I would be back regularly if I could afford it
Firstly they get my appointment details wrong after I mentioned that ny booking was for my husband.secondly no offer of coffee tea or even water while I waited for my husbands massage to finish.The team was not very friendly and not to mention their bell does not even work I had to stand and wait for quite some time to be let back into the building after I went to purchase my own coffee elsewhere.now please note I an bit venting for nothing I too work with customers and will Never treat a paying customer who spends almost R600 for this kind of service.Im sorry but I will never go there ever again.
Such a beautiful place with friendly staff. I got a back, neck and shoulders massage and I enjoyed every second. I also got my eyebrows shaped and it turned out perfect. The place is very affordable as well. Will definitely go back.
Its situated in a place where is very quite which I believe that it's part of the reason why it's a place one needs to go if they want some moments of relaxation. The staff is very friendly. They understood the fact that it was my first time going to a spa for a Full body massage. I really enjoyed it. It was one of those moments I felt that I was at peace and relaxed. The staff really knows what they are doing and I surely will go back again
