If only it could be half a star.... TERRIBLE first time experience and false advertising with this property agent, finding an apartment to rent for the first time. Go through the whole viewing and application process, application successful,paying the deposit after receiving the Lease Approval Form ONLY for the agent to notify me THE VERY NEXT DAY THAT THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY HAS INCREASED THE RENTAL AMOUNT AS TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED! With regards to including a garage versus the amount of the property without a garage.*not in advert* Not sure if it was the owner of property being greedy OR the agent not advertising correctly. Agent contacted owner again,owner wouldn't budge, agent resigns within that same week. Upon receiving the Lease Agreement...agreement more in favour of the landlord and what he does NOT need to do versus ALL the duties and costs the Tennant needs to cover. Rental is ONLY collected by debit order each month. Electricity and water to be billed monthly, yet advertised of pre-paid electricity and no mention of water ...even with viewing the agent had no knowledge of the water payment and only informed me upon receiving the Lease Approval Form. RED FLAG UPON RED FLAG AFTER signing the Lease Approval Form. Wouldn't put my trust in using this estate agent to find a house, be careful what comes out of the wood work with them. At the end of the day it's just business but atleast be fair and honest when it comes to someone looking for a home and chooses your estate agent to make that a possibility. Businesses -HIDE- unpleasant reviews...and that's okay, I said what I SAID.
Terrible service had I inquiring with Kim Oliver she did not even respond. After complaining with her she gave me great you should not be in your job.
Kim and Kayla are a great team and provide an excellent service
If you are looking for a very competent company to do your property management...look no further!
