Great experience, would recommend. Ordered products through their online store hair products - not extensions, received an email with instructions on how to proceed with the payment, paid, received another email to let me know that my payment has reflected and my order is being packed. Order was collected by couriers same day and delivered to me the following day - with emails all the way. Items were very neatly & cleanly packed - I did not need to dust off bottles etc much appreciated. Nothing was damaged, nothing leaked, all items intact and as advertised on the website. Seriously happy
Staff was not exactly the friendliest or fastest, but it is a nice big place with quite a large variety of selections. The colour synthetic wigs though might be better than party shop wigs, but are still rather thin if you intend to style it yourself after.
From their products to their customer services everything is phenomenal, I'm in the Eastern Cape ordered from them through the website and I got my stuff in less than a week fantastic company

This store has so much potential it's just pity that the cashier has such a bad attitude, when we tried to ask her for help she refused to acknowledge us and just made the staff deal with us. Honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her. I ended up buying a few odds and ends and was going to go back and purchase extensions but the overall experience didn't sit well with me so I ended up taking my business elsewhere and we ended up buying 3 sets of extensions just because the customer experience was amazing.
Massive selection of products at very affordable prices. Welcoming and helpful staff. Would highly recommend to friends.
Contacted them immediately after receiving package with missing items. They said that they packed it but the cameras wasn't working. Very convenient. They asked for photos which I provided. I even said i would make a statement at the police. They said that I would be getting a refund, still have not received my refund and suddenly my emails go unanswered. Would not recommend doing business. In the process if taking it further.
All this negative comments and 1 stars got me really worried‍ I am looking to buy maybe 3 sets of yaki clip ins, 14,16 and maybe 18 inches. I bought at small things at the store before and I was always happy with my purchase, but buying hair is a total different story..can anyone share their experience seeing this is the only place I see reviews Ok understood..I ordered only one set of clip ins first to see the quality will order the other 2 sets after a few months if I'm happy tanx..order number G0034993

Bought wigs and extensions there for my cosplay group and they just made the outfits look so believable. Some of the cosplayers who tried the wigs felt so comfortable in their wigs and how they fit that is boosted their confidence in their costumes and themselves. Some of them said they might use them out of costume as well because of how much they liked them! Of course then we will try out more of the natural hair wigs and extensions!
