Great service. Shoe repair very quick and affordable

This was the most unprofessional, unhygienic customer service i have EVER received! I received my laundry with someones personal clothing items instead of mine. The owner/manager was unable to recover a single piece of my missing items, neither were they able to figure out whose items of clothing i had received! It is unorganized, i have had to wait 3 weeks to get a refund which i firstly have still not received and neither does it cover the cost for the amount of items i have missing. I have never met a manager/owner who is such a disaster for the service she provides. They clearly combine and wash peoples clothing items 7 further play a guessing game to return the items. I will be reporting this owner to the customer consumer act as my experience has been and still is an ongoing matter.
