Nothing NG exciting here they take your bloods and send you on the your way, no really special care staff who do bloods are constantly changing as does their experience level.

Staff at Mt Edgecombe are rude and unhelpful. Went in yesterday told the lady 3 times that we there for a rapid test. She does a normal test. When we tell her again that we have asked 3 times for a rapid test, she becomes rude and says even if she was deaf she would have heard if we asked for a rapid test. Eventually test was done, she brings the kits in a piece of paper and stands at the car window.....we had to ask her if that is a positive and she simply nodded her head! We ask to confirm which number the result will be sent to, she is once again rude and impossible to communicate with! called to speak to a manager call simply gets redirected and cut off!

Received a call telling me I owed them money..told them I was not aware of it if they can please send me an email I will rectify it..never received the email..however my daughter receives a call by an extremely rude male..telling her that the account has to be paid today..I phoned and spoke to a lady who also told me she will forward me an email..and still not received it..service is pathetic

Fantastic service from Neuberg Global. Dealt with the Pinetown satelite COVID testing facility in Warwick Place and they were very nice and professional. Their pricing was very competitive and turn around with the test results was very efficient. Would not hesitate to reccomend them. Will definitely use them again over the other labs available.
