Very unprofessional stuff and no cohesion of statements and accounts. Now I have to fight to get my deposit back after lot's of untrue charges but I will be taking legal action on this matter as I have proof and evidence of all payments. Please do not use this Agency if you need piece of mind
To everyone out there wanting to rent. Please don't use godlyn rentals. They did me In with lots of money renting my property out. Bad service and never get prompt response. They owe me money and have put my Bcm account in debt and refusing to pay from deposits kept for accounts. Please avoid using them.
Do not do business with Godlyn Rentals, they will rip you off and once you end your lease, your deposit is as good as gone. I can't give less than 1 star unfortunately.
Very rude male staff that answers the phone and agent didn't follow through on appointment
Intelligent staff and incisive service.
Hat for a lot of people like me at least to be inside......
