Positively very unprofessional - I am a huge fan of their Golden Delight Basmati Rice but no retailers have stock and they claim that they've been promised stock for weeks on end. I have personally phoned, very lucky if they actually answer their phone. And when they do, they are not very honest. I've been told that delivery was made to various retailers but the retailers have no knowledge. So either all these retailers are lying or Gokdjeys Intetnational staff are not very honest. Just be straight and advise the customer that you don't have stock and are waiting for stock to arrive. There's more respect in admitting to not having stock of a certain item than to lose respect by not being honest and open with the customer
