No sign displaying No bags allowed had to open my suitcase for it to be searched. They saw me going in the,the security saw me , even the cashier saw me no one said anything. Appalling

This Spar is useless today no stock o green apples, onions or tomatoes. Last week no coke or sprite. And don't even talk about the sevices the staff doesn't even great you.
Didn't want to give 1 star I went to go get boxes first day no problem Manager at back said I can come back next day just to find out the NEW owner want to keep the boxes I mean really I have been living in virginia for 22 years never seen something like that
Its OK, as it provides the basic necessities. There really isnt a big variety of the same kind of products. There is usaully enough cashiers and they are friendly. I would like it to stay open till 20h00 though. Most importantly: they need disability parking and access!!!
Never been so humiliated! My boyfriend withdrew money from the Atm before we left the store. As we got into the car, one of the cashiers yelled at us to stop and go back in. In front of all the customers, he got accused of stealing money from the atm. After being yelled at in front of everyone, they watched the cctv footage, and all was semi sorted out... They had NO manners or customer care... They could have taken him into the office, and sorted it out in a proper profesional manner! No thank you... Their manager is in the wrong profession!
I give Virginia spar 100%,staff is friendly and we'll trained. They are quick always and service customers with smile and respect, let alone management, when you have a query they resolve it same time same place. IAM a happy customer of Spar Virginia, I will recommend everyone to come and experience the difference. I LOVE MY VIRGINIA SPAR, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.

Clean, beautiful, fresh air, clients were served with dignity, professional polite manner.
Awesome store, great service and friendly managers... Best cheese double patty burger I've ever ate for R24.99... Nearly made a U-turn 20km out of town to grab another one.
