I am very happy with the lifts George adds to my shoes. It is important to me that it is functional but aesthetic and George gets full marks for this. Most people do not even realise my shoe is built up.

Receptionist is very rude and inconsiderate and don’t want to listen to the customer for paying off just shouting and saying you need to pay whole amount in full. Very disappointed We all are suffering during this whole COVID pandemic and don’t have that full amount to pay we can only pay it off but they are not understanding this Reply Like you say you try your best to assist everyone as far as possible But when I phoned to make arrangements to pay it off the response was No you need to settle the full amount and there is no paying off the bill. So we’re is that assist everyone as far as possible it’s was just you need to pay the full amount

An absolutely awful experience. I was told that I should accept broken equipment because it's a rental and it's not new. The customer service was shocking and the misogynistic man even had the audacity to ask how old I was.
