Shocking accounts lady, cannot believe a person who is suppose to be representing their own business can say such things to a client, such a rude individual.. Threatens legal action even after another accounts person has agreed to a payment. Arrangement. Does this accounts lady know what the consumer act is... Never ever do business with this company
Was very happy with the walking stick I bought and friendly staff. However when I got home I saw the price was R204.30 less! When I phoned I got the response that prices had gone up because of Covid. This is actually illegal under the Consumer Protection Act to sell a product more than tha marked price. Now not happy and thinking whether I should take action.
