If it was possible to leave sorry stars I would. This rental agency is completely unprofessional and the owner Meisie is actually a scam artist that takes the rental from the tenants and does not pay it forward to the landlord. I am still waiting on rent to be paid to me for the past months when the tenant has already paid. Whenever you try and get a hold of her to address any issues she does not answer the phone or emails. Nor does any member of her team. My experience has been terrible with the agency and caution you against the use of the agency. The process with them is infuriating and frustrating.

If your looking for best property agents, look no further, they offer the best professional excellent service and are receptive for your desired needs, I very much applaud their due deligence generosity and would recommend this agency to anyone.

Their houses have issues, they promise to fix, but they never fix nothing... They respond fast when you want to rent from them, after that they either ignore you completely or respond with fake promises after a month... Don't stress yourself by renting from them. I have screenshot conversations to post if you think this is BS... They are a waste .
