Straightforward and friendly enough border post for entering Swaziland from the South. The way traffic is directed in those roundabouts can be really confusing. But don’t worry - you’ll get the hang of it.

Not a terrible border post at all - the service from South Africa is prompt; the place isn't terribly busy depending on when you get there and we've had a few people being refused entry into Swaziland out of the many occasions we've used this post, so someone is at least doing their job when things are amiss don't read anything nefarious into that, please :.

Really quick on the south african side. On the swazi side the officials are a bit more, well, officious. Also make sure you get your 'gate pass' as you cross the actual border. Stop and look around if there's no-one visible, because they will send you back to get it. If you get stuck in a queue with a tourist coach try and race them to the other side. They have to walk and you can drive past em. You may not succeed but it's a fun game...

Very unfriendly staff, not helpful at all. You will need a pencil to fill out some paper, it is better you bring your own because inside is just 2 or 3 and the most of the time it is used by other people.

I have been here several times traveling from SA to SA via swaziland from kzn to mpumalanga. friendly staff but too crowded during busy days which are holidays
