Very useful to have a Clicks in Gonubie, generally always a good experience when shopping here ito staff interactions and stock availability. *However - note that they close down entirely during load shedding times. This can be highly frustrating when you need to pick up urgent meds, prescriptions etc., so do check the schedules before going. I'm curious as to why such an established store doesn't have a generator to keep things running .
Wish I could give minus stars! Last customer of the day, everyone hustling around to close up. Cashier fails to include the RX Script which was critical. Rush out at 16:57 trying to not inconvenience anyone. Return home and RX nowhere to be found. Searched and back tracked my steps over and over again. Searched myself silly again only to check the slip to see only the OTC was rung up. Phoned pharmacy at 11:00 super stressed to be told that yes the script was returned back to dispensary. My issue is as follows… ok… human error and incompetence to not include my script at the tillpoint with my purchase, but what blows my mind is that the pharmacist didn’t even attempt or have the courtesy to call me to say that they screwed up and the script is still with them! #clicksgonubie you have let me down again! Ooh we so sorry ma’am is just not cutting it anymore!
Before, it was exceptional in their service, but since the faces, especially in the pharmacy has changed, services are poor. These people helping at the pharmacy have 0 people skills and even lesser customer service. Went for vaccine last week, accompanying my colleague who was from nightshift. Was met by highly frustrated, rude staff. We explained that we're from the Dept and were told we don't need to queue, since Clicks have been contracted by the Dept and our medical aid...blah blah blah... Then an exceptionally rude "Olivia" came. Don't know how she ended up in the medical profession with that attitude. In terms of vaccination, they work at a snail pace. I went to Beacon Bay and was sorted within minutes. Bbay work with half the capacity of Gonubie and from their shop/pharmacy, yet faster vaccination and more efficient service. Gonubie clicks can be closed down and the contract given to another pharmacy who wants to work, these people are not serious about service. In such devastating economic times? Can we have people not wanting to work when having a job has actually became a privilege? Time to reshuffle your staff Clicks
Currently trying to get Mom 79Vaccinated. Did online booking for a 12:40 appointment. On arrival at the site there is no indication of what needs to happen, queue where for what. We are playing musical chairs and chairs are not even being sanitized. Covid 19 protocol adherence near to 0. Same pen passed from person to person not sanitized
Long waiting time at pharmacy. Fetched my prescription, when I got home, my pills were packed in a small box and they had to break/cut the strips into small pieces. I complained and I was informed that they were out of stock and they had to make a plan for me as if I’m not paying There was not even an expiry date on my pills. They don’t answer phones. Really disappointing, just changed pharmacies.
Slow to open in the morning, but staff were friendly
Local Clicks for us and the pharmacy service is not bad if you order your prescription before hand. Friendly, helpful staff and great monthly deals.
Worst Clicks ever. Don't answer their phones. Don't get faxes apparently Been waiting 3 days for my script to get there. Doctor says always have issues with them. Going back to Dischem
Pathetic service .worst clicks in south africa .never open on time. Never answer their phones .why do I even bother wasting time paying towards employees wages supporting the store when they all useless. Dischem should rather come to gonubie
