I've now had 2 bad experiences at Good Hope Tires. In Athlone the manager short changed me by R100 and then got aggressive when I called him on it. Recently had my shocks replaced at Good Hope Tires in Woodstock. Turns out they didn't install the one shock correctly causing a rattle. To be honest, they don't have the correct tools to do the job. GHT may be cheaper but you get what you pay for .... I'm off to HQ for a 2nd opinion.

Talk about going the extra mile. These guys are wonderful, really good prices. Stock is easy to get. Just off the main road, in woodstock. Service and staff is brilliant.

Such fantastic quick service! They adjusted my tyres to the correct pressure and my car has never felt better to drive.

I went for my tires got new tires in that’s was ok, then I also did my bearings and breaks, firstly the broke my break sensor and a few month later bearing sifted out and caused me more damage now I have to do everything from over waste of money I don’t recommend anyone do do mechanical repairs it’s poor!!

I used to love Goodhope Tyres Woodstock but had a pathetic experience on Saturday from Aziz and the office lady. Went there for 2x Balancing, 2x Rotation & 1x plug on my spare wheel. The service guys did their exceptional job kudos to them. Aziz not sure if he is the owner or manager had stinking attitude and rude. He is not fit to deal with customers maybe place him at the back office. They went ahead and charged me for 4x rotation which they ddnt do and the service guy even confirmed that he did 2x. The lady printed the slip and said it doesn't matter and never bothered to rectify the issue. The reason i wrote this review is the negative attitude Aziz gave me. Possibly he is the owner as he adamantly and unapologetically told me to go ahead and lay a formal complaint to their email. Aziz reading from the previous review here i think you need to change your way of handling customers nomatter how small or big they are. Your attitude tells me you dont care and possibly not the owner of the place, but you are tarnishing the good image of Woodstock Goodhope Tyres. Extremely disappointed. Your service does not deserve even a one star.

The manager or supervisor is not good news, he is still in 1991 apartheid behaviour, if u know u know ..... He never gave a good reception to any of the people who where black. None was even give a place to sit. He not good news and as for me I was a bit ot impressed
