Apparently their advertised price outside is not the same inside. What a waste of time stopping next to the road. You guys need to upgrade your advertising outside.

Advertise a certain price outside in large bold print but when you get inside that isnt the actual price. This is the dirtiest trick in the book, a very dishonest place would not recommend.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately as far as I am concerned the wheel alignment on my car was not done correctly because the car isn't running straight. The wheel alignment was done in January 2023 two months later I bought another 2 tyres from them & informed them the wheel alignment was not true. I was told that I would have to pay to have it redone. Well you know what I have done. Nothing Yet! I found out yesterday from a mechanic that I should rather go to Tiger Wheel & Tyre N1 City where who does wheel alignment & that they are the best. So no more Good Hope Tyres for wheel alignment.

I recently bought 4 brand new tyres from Goodhope Tyres Goodwood. The one tyre was losing pressure for a couple of weeks, I then took it to a very reputable tyre company, and they informed me that my sensor pressure valve was damaged and needs to be replaced. They said it was damaged by who ever replaced my tyre. I contacted Goodhope Tyres and they informed me that they do not take any responsibility for anything they damage and they will not pay for replacement. Someone warned me about Goodhope Tyres in the past, but their prices are very tempting, but I ended up losing R2700 by damages they caused. Very unhappy customer and they will never touch my car again!!

Great service today at Goodhope although being a mad place with their Black Friday sales. Free coffee/water for the wait was awesome. Thanks
