Ordered from UberEats, ordered the 2 cheesy dogs box meal. Was SO disappointed! Firstly, the order took soooo long to be delivered, only after I phoned to check on my order. The sausages barely covered half of the bun and the order was not as described. It had no sauce, was very dry. Will not order from them again.
Extremely disappointed: Order was placed over uber eats - it took well over an hour to receive the order, resorted to contacting the diner to follow-up, thereafter the waiting period remained to be extremely extremely long Only a portion of the order was completed and there were items missing, yet the diner charged the full ammount of all the items placed in the order. The sausage was very very dry and crumbling - not spiced. Honestly smelt and tasted as though the sausage was past its expiration date. Could not take another bite. Very disappointed indeed :
They had a special on through Ubereats. Two-for-one cheesy hot dog that took over an hour to get to me, when it said it would be around 20 minutes. Food was soggy, cold and very unappetising. Barely finished the one and threw away the "free" second one. Customer service was unhelpful and unapologetic. 0/10, wouldn't order from here again.
I was on my way to give my piece of mind in the review and then saw the other reviews previously also with a 1 rating. I do not think I can describe it better myself. Also ordered through uber eats the "special" of cheesy dog. The description of the dog speaks about cheesy sauce with crispy onions and a "dawg relish. Well if you substitute that description with stale bread, rath cut onions drissled over with unmelted grated cheese then you are in luck and should enjoy this product. O sorry could not find a substitute for the salsa as there were nothing else included. Just a dry piece of bread with a thing that resembles a sausage. Will never again buy from this place.
The food tastes terrible. My russian sausage didnt even taste right I wonder what meat is used for it. The chips were a brown/grey colour. Very disappointed in the quality and would not recommend anyone buy food from here. A waste of my money.
I ordered from this place twice and every time they cancelled it. I mean if you are not even able to deliver 4 hotdogs, I think you shouldn’t be on Uber Eats.
Not bad. Why is it that I get a sense of disappointment when I see items on a menu that are similar to items on another restaurant"s menu which is trading out of a similar address - Boer & Boerewors - Gourmet Grillhouse - in this case I am seeing a lot of this on take away menu's on UberEatsc etc. The can still be good though.
