Disgusting behaviour from the dr who worked on 29/03/2022 afternoon shift. You had a very arrogant attitude and this is not the first time. I did not feel welcome at this appointment. Why roll your eyes when i try and explain my symptoms. And then you said you can roll your eyes at me because you can do what you want

Total disappointment with Dr Raman receptionist, Caroline. She is rude and had attitude with me just because I wanted my medication on Chronic. I had to keep phoning to ask her to talk with Dr Raman to sort it out. Then he was on leave, when he returned she was on leave. I almost 2 months for the script where I was without medication. I don't know where the lack of communication lies between Caroline and Dr Raman for me to get the correct script. When I said it's better I go to another doctor and she must get letters for me... Her reply was come collect your file...

Great service and innovative medical centre. Doctor and staff are friendly. Excellent venue. Doctor Raman has excellent knowledge and intuition which has helped in the early detection and treatment of some severe medical conditions.

Got one course of meds. Needed more. Refused to give me another course unless I made an appointment and spent money to come in. Claimed money for counseling of complex issues i repeat, all I needed was another course of meds I already had, not complex at all, no counseling required, in any case no counselling would ever be required. Prescribed me completely different meds which didn't work. Now I have to go in again and spend more money to get the same stuff I wanted in the beginning. Seems it's all about coining the money there.

Really like coming to you guys with our health issues.

Absolutely convenient location with a pharmacy and blood lab located within the same building. Saves you the hassle of driving around afterwards when already feeling unwell. Overall excellent service.

Even though you make an appointment, you still wait in line to see the dr, causing a delay of 30 minutes at times.
