Thank you to the guys at Grand Prix Auto, they really saved the day, when helping me with an urgent problem solve. I found myself with serious electrical issues, on my way back to JHB from a holiday at the coast. After breaking down, and late in the day after calling Sandile, I found at Grand Prix Auto. The staff here are really good. My car had an intermittent electrical issue which they spent days trying to find, but only changed me for the part and and an hour labour. Probably the best auto electrician in Pietermaritzburg. I highly recommend this place!
I would like to wholeheartedly recommend both Battery World and Grand Prix Electrical - both in Hoosen Haffejee St Pmb . Both helped me sort out a battery/electrical problem with my car. Battery World could have just sold me a new battery but with assistance from Grand Prix Electrical, just next door, they determined that my alternator was not charging adequately and there was an earth leak due to the boot light staying on. As it was they took time to check the system, cleaned connections, tried a new battery which I didn't need it turned out, charged my old battery and I was on my way. To Pat Battery World, Kennedy and Gary Grand Prix my sincerest thanks. Five Star service.
