I stay here and have a bad noise experience from cars and trucks 24hrs. By the way it is built next to a very busy road. My concern is that we are being charge electricity plus service fee and water plus service fee. Every month there is electricity adjustment charge which they say is from meter reading. Why should there be system charge and meter reading charge??? Why did they not install prepaid electricity and water meters unless if they were creating a business for somebody. If you charge a tenant e.g R2.00 everyday for each services, the person end up pay a lot on top of rental, electricity, water and sewage charges. Electricity here is very expensive. Almost R55 per day and water is R27 per day. I just want to see my contract coming to an end and leave this place. We are overcharged. The place is beautiful though. The lifestyle centre is very convenient and beautiful. I like the new park, you can have peace of mind at the park and lifestyle centre.
It’s a safe place to stay. Unfortunately the internet connection is dismal and intermittent at best and it is still under construction. Prices for fiber have increased and one cannot select their own ISP. You have to go through Balwin Fiber and then one of their pre selected ISP’s. Balwin Fiber, literally where you pay more for less.
It's a lovely complex with 1500 units. The units come ready with fibre connectivity and DSTV connection. It comprises of lifestyle Centre with a laundry, gymnasium, restaurant, spa and many more.
I love this place,there's so much to do. Thr people here is do friendly. The food is amazing. It's really beautiful.

This 1 star is only because this review can’t be posted without a star but this place is the absolute trenches. There is always something going on, if it’s not random power outagesnot related to loadshedding, it’s random water cuts, and no fibre connection because of reasons unbeknownst to the tenants. The ceilings are thin, neighbours above you sound like they live with you cause you can hear everything that they do. Also, the electricity and water bills are ridiculous!! You’ll find that you don’t ever use the stove and you know that your appliances don’t use up a lot of electricity but they’ll still bill you an arm and a leg! There’s just no way man
Firstly Greenpark is clean, well taken care of. If anything breaks maintenance will come in and fix it. The Estate manager Wendy is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant does not get too full but they have regular food and drinks specials. The apartments are spacious, clean and there are new units as well. Electricity issue has been fixed, no more high electricity amounts. You pay for what you use and 2 x people in an apartment, we pay R700-800 for utilities. There is a games room, concierge and laundry mat. Noise can be reported but it really isnt too much. Im from Soweto, ive heard and seen louder people. Overall the place is peaceful and people are friendly.
The first thing you see when you enter the complex is a huge big board about “Balwin Fibre”- but thee worst! Always something wrong with the internet service which affects everyone living inside GreenPark! Even worse, we no longer stay a week without the outage and no proper explanation, it’s excuses after the other.
Moved in a week ago. Decent place good security. Clean and safe for the kids. The electricity and water is of concern because the app to load was discontinued and now we will be billed monthly so hope there is no bill shock also the residents don't park in their allocated spots so you get home from work and someone is in your parking spot infuriating.
Nice place, with great units. The only things that are not right is their water bill and caretakerWendy Brits. Their water and electricity bills are cooked, you don’t get the bill from the supplier but from your rental agency. Wendy treats people of colour differently to whites. You can't have more than two cars if you are black because vacant parking can only be used by whites with more than 2 cars only. She wears glasses but fails to see right and wrong.
