What a horrible experience it was. Lyn ighe owner is racist very insolent anx rude. I did gelish n came off within 1 hour on the same day that time I had paid R310 when I went back same day they made me pay R500. When I asked why they told me it's a new appointment. White people still have hatred towards black people the way they treated me wow I wouldn't even advice my worst ene6to go there.!
This sorbet is in need of a renovation just to be on par with other sorbet stores. Also new towels would be awesome. The haircut was excellent. Sharon was my stylist.
absolutely horrible, my nails are not what I had asked for, my cuticles are flooded with blood, I got splashed in my eyes from a nail tech who had dropped the polish on the floor and on my shoes and they are refusing to pay for my new shoes, mocking how small my nails are in their language and going on about my cuticles, so unprofessional.Service: Manicure
Lucy is amazing. Walked in asked if there was someone available and Lucy was. Very happy customer after a bad experience at another Sorbet outlet. Nails are not thick. Just perfect
Not sure what happened to this branch. Does not feel like a Sorbet when you walk in. The lady who did my hair either has zero experience or did not know how to manage long thick hair. She threw my hair around, did not rinse it properly but started blow drying, then took me back to the basin to rinse again, then she blow dries one section then irons it but does not dry the roots. Just a horrible experience. I walked out looking worse than when I arrived I nearly cried and the manager did not even offer that I don't pay despite their policy. Also don't know what products they use because my hair felt terrible after.Service: Blowouts
It is a good place, friendly staff. Sometimes quality of work needs to be checked. For example, my nail tech said we were done but when I reached into my bag to get my purse, my nails were still slightly tacky and now have ripple marks in the paint
Better service would be nice. Staff always chatting to each other in their own language, so unprofessional. Cuticles are flooded, one hand is perfectly shaped the other hand looks like a birds beak. Supposed to be stiletto shaped When I told the nail Tech she asked me what should she do about it??! Is in not your job to know?
Excellent service! Friendly over the phone and in person. They make you feel so welcomed and relaxed. I would definitely return. Much friendlier than the normal Sorbet in Greenstone
