Greyhound Bus Stop (Welkom)

Went to drop off a friend to get the bus, service was very good and the lady in the office assisted him quikly and gave the correct info the 1st time. Keep up the good work

Buses are always late. The place also needs a shade for late night commuters. The area it's a bit safe due to police visibility & surrounding security.

Waited for 5 hours for a eagle liner bus. No communication. Get location tags on the busses for customers to be able to track progress.

I'm actually giving them a favour, Bus arrived 1 and half hour late in Bloemfontein en-route to Joburg, no apologies whatsoever then it gets stuck with Diesel 200km away from Joburg, instead of calling a Backup bus they call a mechanic who takes 2 hours to arrive only to tell them that the bus wont start...right now we waiting for a backup that is 2 hours away to come pick us up... Mind you this bus was supposed to arrive in Joburg at 07:30

Only went to pick up a passenger he said he had a good and safe trip

Hate the fact that there is no shade or anyform of security. People get mugged in the early the morning there is an abandoned building close buy the paraz stay there.

Bus was late. Very dangerous area, especially at night. Stay away if possible.

Intercape they are not thinking for people last time I was that bus and we had a problem along the way, then intercape just relax we are rushing somewhere, some of us we going to be late on transport we getting very late. They don't listen to their bus drivers they had poor management system

Ah, were to start. Rude drivers, not calling out the stops, toilet not working, calling out the stops as 10min and then flirting with a passenger for 20 before we eventually got underway, drivers smoking in the bus.

The bus was late by 4 hours. I was waiting in the cold from 1am, but the bus came at 5am. All my other plans were thrown back 4 hours.....such disrespect. The drivers of the buses that were coming b4 mine, were rude and told me they don't know why my bus is late, they are just drivers, I shouldn't ask them buy the office....I won't be using Intercape for a long time!
