Greys Hospital.

AM SO DISSAPOINTED OF THIS HOSPITAL WHEN IT COMES TO PAPERWORK,I WAS ADMITED THERE AT THE 31ST OF AUGUST 2022 AND GOT DISCHARGED OF THE 2ND OF NOVEMBER AND I WAS TOLD THAT WILL RESSUME WORK ON APRIL 2023 SO I HAD TO APPLY ON MY POLICY SO I WILL GET MONEY TO MANTAIN MY SELF AND I TOOK THE FORMS WHICH WANTED TO BE FILLED AT THE HOSPITAL SINCE from november and it february now they diddnt filled my my forms they keep postponing and am approaching clossing date of that forms now i dont know what took them this long and am not getting anything at the moment‍poor service from Revenue department

I'm uber driver today got request from Grays to pick up a client was not allowed to drive inside Hospital by security saying the management doesn't want ehailing transport at Grays so the Patient had to walk from the hospital and meet me outside the gate

Scanning in and out of vehicles and license cards at the entrance and exit gates of the hospital great system, the security guards were very friendly. The hospital staff were extremely friendly, the hospital was clean. The security lady sitting at the entrance door maternity ward, had such bad attitude. The restaurant does not have a very sanitary/clean vibe- very messy, I couldn't even get myself to buy a can of cool drink, never mind thinking about buying food... But medically speaking - Excellent!!

I went for my vaccine today and the service was excellent. I had to wait for other teachers to join me but they kept me updated on what was happening and I knew exactly what I was waiting for. I was very anxious on my way to the vaccinating site and seeing how kind and organized the nurses and security ladies were made me relax I was really happy with the service. Thank you so much.

The treatment my dad receives from the nurses at this hospital is appalling.... the nurses are so rude, without an ounce of empathy and lazy its disgusting. Nurses of today do not have a passion or a love for nursing. They take up nursing just because they know its a guaranteed job once done studying yet neglect the same Tax payers who are paying their salaries... Government needs to stop subsidizing their medical aid so they can know what if feels like to be treated the way they treat our family members... i feel as if thats the only way we can get our health systems in south Africa working properly.. if their service is acceptable why cant it be acceptable for these nurses to be put in their own hospitals? I have taken pictures of my fathers condition and how his basic hygiene has been neglected as well as the names of the nurses in ward C who have no right to call themselves nurses and i am reporting it to department of health because there is no way you can treat people the way they do...!i

My wife and I had our first covid vaccination today at grey's hospital. So organized from the entrance gate to the hall where the vaccinations took place. The place was full but everyone was helped by by someone and everything ran smoothly all the staff was very friendly. We were in and out in less than a hour. Well done Grey's.

My 14 y/o daughter had her mandible surgery done at the hospital. I was very scared for her. But the Doctors at Max Fax were very compassionate and professional from our very first appointment with them, right until the end. they did an amazing job and are still very supportive and helpful during her recovery. I salute Dr Shembe, Dr Rajkumar, Dr Anne MaxFax, Nurse Mngadi and Nurse Mkhize Ward F2 and Nurse Mvemve Genecology. You guys are a Treasure.

The nurse at the reception was very helpful, the people that we met were also very helpful the dr was very nice to my grandmom, until she was admitted. The nurses in the ward were very welcoming. Lovely experience.

I felt normal and accompanied a sick neighbor to my home we arrived in the morning around 10am and left at 3:30 in the afternoon. After all, I am a compassionate person no one will die in my presence even though I am not paid.

i wish i could give - stars for the pathetic treatment my grandfather received. From the time he entered the hospital to this very second, their treatment has been terrible. i am so glad that he will be leaving and going to Northdale tomorrow. 1 They make everyone wait for so long while they sit and talk with their friends instead of helping. 2 The nurses are so unprofessional. they all had dictionaries and were looking up meanings for words. One even asked me how to spell daughter so she could write my relationship with my grandfather down. This is not someone i would like treating me. 3 My grandfather was on a bed and the 3 nurses who were present needed him to be moved into another bed. Instead of carrying him and moving him onto the bed, they demanded that we lift him up and move him. We would not have had any problem with this but my grandfather was attached to multiple machines and drips so we asked the 3 nurses to assist us. They point blank refused. 4 as my grandfathers body had filled up with water, he was very heavy. Therefore when we lifted him up, the sheet under him tore. Instead of the nurses putting a new sheet, they left the torn sheet as they "didn't have any other ones" 5 Not only that, but the clothes they gave him were also too small, and when we asked for another one, they could not be bothered. eventually we just went into the linen room and got we wanted ourselves.... And this was all just on the first day
