Staff are helpful when you physically go in to the PO however it would be nice if the Manager and Staff could actually answer the phone. It just rings. Somebody please pick up???
Why does this post office not take calls .Can someone give me a reason. I also do not get notices if there is a package. Has the postal system collapsed here. I have lost so many parcels at this post office. I am not sure whether people are stealing the unclaimed parcels coming from over see's. Can someone from the management team respond here
very poor service and non existent customer service. went to collect several packages that arrived with a collection slip , was told the packages are not there..... later i tried to call the number - which is permanently in use and no one answers. very disappointed ...
Its terrible they have 20 men outside waiting infront of they line every morning selling spots for R100 and the spot is not given away they just place you infront of them and you dont stand a chance of being served if you dont pay ,it causes fights almost every morning and yesterday knives were pulled, not a safe place at all.

Its true no exaggeration, this post office does not attend to their telephone calls however my call was answered after letting it ring for about 6 minutes..
No pens available to complete forms. By the way, why do one need to fill in forms to pay the yearly Post Office Box subscription?
Their service is so slow and poor. Most tellers are moving around on cellphones whilst only two very slow tellers are working.
