I've been interested in a spinning bike and made a commitment to buy it. The owner told me they had to fix a couple of things fist. After a couple of weeks he started ignoring my calls and I received no response from their end. They don't answer my calls and don't answer my whatsapp messages either. It's now almost 2 months with no feedback. I'm disappointed in the service and commitment.
I am a sincerely disappointed customer and would NOT recommend purchasing equipment from Gym Trading Specialist! I purchased a second hand refurbished treadmill from them, which was in sub-optimal condition and made a loud noise when both on and in standby mode. I had it independently assessed and it required extensive repairs and then stopped working all together! I contacted Gym Trading Specialist and they offered to collect the treadmill and offered to replace it at their cost. Unfortunately it’s been more that a year now and I am still waiting for the treadmill and they refuse to answer my calls or respond to my massages. I am shocked at their lack of customer service, service delivery and at the lack of integrity displayed by Gym Trading Specialist and would caution others before engaging in their services.
Another satisfied BAFENYI LIFESTYLE customer. Thank You Gym Trading and Jaco. Was able to fit in a Technogym Refurbished treadmill into their house. They will use it during this Lockdown period.

This place is a scam. They delivered a mal-functioning unit and they refused to service it depsite numerous calls and email.
