Found both Ronel and Roger rude and lack customer service. Waited for a credit for more than 10 days and kept hearing excuses that it’s the banks problem and not theirs. I’ve never dealt with such attitude in my life.

Romeo and Rodger both rude and had racist under tones in how they dealt with me. Zero etiquette, and zero respect. Naaiers

Their website advertises water for R1 per litre, but when I went there yesterday, 17/06/2022, they charged me R1.50 per litre. When I mentioned the price on the website the lady was not interested. Just fobbed me off with some comment about it was R1.20. I won't be back when the staff are so rude.

This owner or Woman that is running this shop is EXTREMELY RUDE.... won't see me and my work colleagues again.

Called to purchase water and Ronel said the water was of poor quality and they were not selling water. I called again on the Monday and she said the quality of the water was still bad . I asked if they are not selling water and she kept on about not knowing how long they would have water. I explained I just needed to know if I could buy water. She was extremely rude and had no desire to offer the service they provide. Shocking service

Do not go here! Worst attitude from the most ridiculously rude staff.
