I don't usually take the time to write a review for any service I received or product I bought... I guess our human nature is to expect the best and move-on without thinking about it. However, the recent experience I had was so close to home that I simply could not share it or write about it. I have been a client of G&S for 12 years now and my loyalty has been due to exceptional service all these years. The recent service delivery has been the cherry on the cake and motivated me to write a review. Our town experienced a massive wind storm that ripped my roof tiles off on the Wednesday. Fearing for rain damage over the weekend I rushed to report the incident to G&S, who acted so swiftly that by Friday the claim was paid out, supplier sent out to replace the roof tiles and close roof gaps. Leaving me with weekend serenity. My claims have always been quick week at most but two days must be unheard of..... Well done Gawie and team. My 12year loyalty and client pride will continue for a triple season and I appreciate the exceptional service delivery. I commend your team and systems!!
