Great ambience, performers on the night were great, however there's so much they can improve on. Firstly their method of serving customers has to change our table had to wait until close up time to get a hookah we ordered 2 hours ago. Secondly the "bouncers" of the establishment need to understand what customer service is and what it means to them the customer and the establishment.
Amazing... I came all the way from Botswana to have such fun and it was beyond amazing. Sandton was not popping and a friend suggested this place and it really was worth. The waiter guy was amazing forgot his name
Very discriminatory they didn't allow a woman and her friends to enter the manager treated them very badly bcs she has cerebral palsy a disability that affects her speech. It's not her fault she is disabled. Treat people fairly.
I had a terrible experience at the club as it was very disorganised. We booked VIP two days before the time and yet we were moved twice and then moved out of our section and forced to share a small table with other people which couldn’t accommodate all of us even though we bought bottles. We were looking forward to spending the night at the establishment and spending our money there yet we were treated like unwelcomed customers.
We got there at 8pm and the place was beginning to fill up but not so much, we only order drinks then left. The service was okay to be honest.Food: 1/5
They don’t deserve any star at all they are MEAN, CRUEL, MALICIOUS and every word that is bad. The management DISCRIMINATE against DISABILITY. They refused entrance to the establishment to a disabled pair as if they asked to be physically challenged. VERY EVIL OF THEM NGAMANTSHOTSHO KA SATAN.

This issue of using cash only is not alright. There's not proper upkeep and standardised floors.
Really enjoyed myself and friends where really happy.
You discriminate against disabled people and that really should be your biggest issue. Wouldn’t recommend.
