H2O International Somerset West

I had a bit of an issue with the product but it was a small issue that was fixed quickly. The reason for giving them 5 stars is based off my experience with H20 BWT Somerset West. It started with very friendly and helpful staff at the store and thereafter management and technicians carried the friendliness further. I came in for information but left with a filter. The unit was assembled at the store ready for me to connect it up to my system at home. I had to flush the filters individually but because it came pre-assembled i flushed it all at once, this caused a bit of a problem. I waited a few days but it never cleared up. I then contacted the store, they immediately logged it with a technician who came out to assess the issue. Again, super friendly and professional. The issue was resolved the same day. Overall, I would recommend this company to any one. John, their manager is helpful too. It is rare to fiend business who have the interest of their client at heart but H20 BTW does.

I recieved excellent service from the two gentlemen in store today, thank you and well done. The store was neat, organised and spotless.

Great shop, post COVID prices a little high. Service was excellent. We got everything we needed.

This company provides poor service. I am trying to get a qoute to service my under counter filtration system and repair of the bulk tank tap which is leaking. They were fast in sending a most confusing qoute that did not cover the repair of the bulk tank tap. I have contacted them twice on this matter and every time they say they will contact their HQ and get back to me immediately. Obviously their immediately differs from mine as I have not received any feedback or communication from them.

I refill up to 40 liters of purified water on a weekly basis. Neat & clean shop. Stocked with all the water purification units and rental / installation services required.

Wow! Was there today and I have to commend your company on its excellent knowledge on how this covid19 situation needs to be treated. Bottles cleaned before entering, took refilled bottles to my car for me, sanitized card machine before and after and staff sanitize their hands every time when entering the building. Friendliest staff and excellent knowledge on products! Wow wow wow. Well done guys! :D

Service here is always rapid and efficient. Water is of great quality and reasonably priced.
