I’ve received the worst service from this Body Corporate, I strongly advise against using them, I would not recommend them to anyone. I’ve sent them three emails to lodge a noise complaint. I have even went to the offices and even called and I was informed the tenants will be notified. Whenever we ask for feedback because the noise is continuing, we never get a response. Our matter is not taken seriously because they’re not the ones suffering from the noise, they sleep peacefully at night.

Had to go here to register my fingerprints for my estates fingerprint reader. They don’t tell you upfront you need to pay them to do this. And when you get there they’ll tell you they don’t accept credit cards and they only accept cash.

The worst service ever! They are unpleasant to work with, rude, bias and impractical. They will never help with maintenance and if there is a problem, we must pay massive amounts to get it fixed. Habiplan, get your priorities straight and put the needs of the tenants above yours.
