I'm very sad I went to have my hair coloured blonde, like I do every few months. For some reason Bronwin just ignored my request and decided to colour my hair *brown*! I hate having brown hair, it makes me feel terribly depressed, that's why I *always* do my hair blonde. I am very very disappointed and sad. I don't understand why she would do this to me? I can't, in all conscience, recommend this hairdresser, sorry.
