No matter if I decide to go blond or brunette Hakim and his team will make sure that I’m leaving the salon with a huge smile and looking like a model : I love how professional every hair stylist is. I went there a few days ago to have my hair cut. I tried to show him how I wanted to cut my hair, but he hurriedly looked at the video and started cutting my hair.  While he was cutting and drying my hair, he stopped his work many times and started playing with his phone next to me. I just kept quiet and waited for him to finish. This was really rude and disrespectful behavior. Anyway in the end this is literally the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. The layers are completely uneven. They don’t care about customers satisfaction! Very bad, uncomfortable experience. Avoid this salon, the staff is rude and the atmosphere unpleasant. I have regret going there. Horrible service, rudeness beyond believable. It was my first time but I won't go back for sure! I would definitely not recommend.  Second answer is I explained it very well, you didn't want to understand and you just passed it off. Yes, I may have cut my own hair, it's perfectly normal and believe me, I'm not ashamed of it. This is your job. If I came to you and gave you money, you should have fixed my hair. Don't justify yourself for something you can't do. just an incompetent hairdresser. Today it was my first time visiting Hakim’s salon. It was a great experience and I highly recommend to visit the salon .  I did eyebrow threading and blow dry with curling by “ Ahmad  “ . He was very professional and polite. I am very satisfied with his work .  I liked how hakim’s salon strategy  is team-focused , clients focused , calm under pressure and high attention to details. The salon was clean , modern , high quality of products , various services  , great location & affordable prices .  CEO Hakim was very welcoming , funny , friendly and professional . I will definitely go back .  The best salon in London

I had my haircut and styling done by Nadia today. Sadly I am not happy with the service provided. Starting with the hair wash, water went in my ears, all over my forehead and was running down my cheeks. Once the haircut commenced there were too many knots in my hair and Nadia did not take them out before cutting my hair. Hence as she combed my hair out to cut, my head was simply being pulled left, right, back and forth causing a strain in my neck. She knocked my headphones out of my ears twice and didn't even realise. When she progressed to the blow-dry, she was blasting the hot air in my face. She later used the straightener to style my hair and once again was pulling my hair, causing my head to fall back, it was very painful and again caused immense strain in my neck. Since leaving the salon I have a constant throbbing pain to the muscle just under the back of my neck. I feel as though I have mini whiplash.
