I honestly have been into this store several times. The service has been pathetic everytime. The reason I go back is that they r the only store open when im in that area at the time. My last experience was horrific. I enter the store when there were no other customers. Asked about kitten food, before i was done my purchase i felt rushed 2 pay. Other customers walked in n i had 2 wait while the sales person assisted them. I have wondered if it's a race thing coz I am Indian n all the other customers were white. It was ok for me 2 have 2 wait but not them. Have tried out online purchasing n if I am successful I will never return to this store

I love it, they have the best customer service and they are very helpful when it comes to answering questions for novice dog owners

Nice mall. It has most shops and like the free parking for half an hour even on weekends
