Owen was born, raised and still resides in East London (Eastern Cape, South Africa). He is a proud local, attending Lillyfontein Primary and later Port Rex Technical High School. Growing up on a tomato farm (owned by his parents Wesley and Beula Horrmann) has given him a great love for and understanding for the agricultural environment and the dynamics that come with farming, especially in the East London area. Owen is extremely driven and hard working. He is passionate about what he does and strives to not only get the job done, but to get it done well. His greatest satisfaction is seeing his customers reaping the benefits of their Happyveg Trading products by being rewarded with excellent crops.
