Made an appointment for my dog. Was there on time no staff st 8am . Anyhow left my dog and was told to collect her at 11am . Was there on time. My dog had not been groomed. To crown it not a drop of water for any of the dogs waiting for the non attending groomer. They had my cell no not even a sms or
