Hartleys Buffet&Dinner

The coziest restaurant that i came across. The food were amazing and the staff friendly. Family orientated, a gem of a place. Well recommended, my new favorite place in Cape Town. Mr Hartley keep on what you are doing it is a service well rendered. My son's confirmation lunch will be remembered for a long time to come.

What a little gem we discovered! Celebrated my birthday here with family and friends and a good time was had by all. Our host was congenial and the staff helpful, being willing to accommodate vegetarians, wheelchairs and prams. Best of all was the food - an extensive buffet offering something for every palate. Reminiscent of home cooking, it included all the traditional favourites. I'll be back for more!

This is one buffet I'm definitely not attending again. Everything was terrible from food/drinks to service. having to dish food whilst a cockroach is stuck to the roof really puts one off and then having to eat paella which was sour, ribs which tasted burnt and prawns i couldn't eat because they failed to fill up in a timely manner and when they do it was in such small portions by the time i went to dish someone else already took them all. i will never recommend this place and felt like i could have spent my money on food cheaper and better elsewhere.

I must say we had a horrible time at hartleys ,i will not recommend the place to anyone,,,,,the service provided was very unprofessional ,we felt we could take our money an gone to spur rather ,,,time an money waisted , due to no friendliness, no music ,, no fill up foods ,,,and we were 10 people attending , later it felt like we being watched of how much we eat n disturbed our socialising by coming to the table getting the dirty plates like we had to get asap,,, im sorry not one out of the 10 people were happy at all

Food is well prepared and tasty, however for those with small appetites you will not eat the value of your money spent. Just letting you know ...

The food was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone and anytime...
