Wow! The chef is a genius and the maitre d’ is attentive and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend this restaurant to vegans and non vegans, vegan food does not get better than this. I would love to come back here.

Highly recommend hashtag food. Cool, ambient setting, amazing service and the most incredible food and wine pairing. #food is truly a culinary experience and an international destination for vegan and gluten free dining. Dave's inventiveness with flavor pairings and creative takes on standard fare, like a burger, elevates the food to a higher degree. Clever wine and beer pairings for each course. Emmanuel's tableside hospitality was incredible. It's not just good gluten free and vegan food; it's exceptional food. Period. Go have an experience!

Fantastic plant based fine dining within 30 minutes walk from the centre of historic Bruges. We were very pleased to have found this place and made the trip out for our final meal of the holiday. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding.  The menu changes regularly but is always gluten free and vegan by default, with the option to add meat/fish to the mains if desired.  We just went for the 3 course menu. I had the paired beer selection, my partner had an iced tea to accompany. Both were delicious.  Vegetarian options: All food is vegan and gluten-free by default with the option to add meat/fish to mains.

Super nice and tasty food as well as drinks. Service is awesome. Happy to come back next time in Bruges!

My husband and I found this little gem on tripadvisor, while looking for a vegan restaurant in Bruges. We made an online reservation, which was very easy to do. We were welcomed by a very friendly owner/waiter and owner/cook. After being seated, we got our own little towel to use in the bathroom. So very Covid safe, which we both appreciated. We then got the prettiest amuse bouche you´ve ever seen, which was delicious. We then chose a three course meal in the full vegan version the main course has meat or fish options . Every meal was served with a lovely variety of tastes and a great eye for detail. We both loved every minute of our dinner. We will definitely be visiting again.

This place is great, but reserve a spot in advance! Place was completely booked .. but the manager said that if we could eat within an hour, it would be fine. I told him that i had to eat gluten free and dairy free and he told me that it was no problem. Everything on the menu is dairy free and only one item contains gluten. Furthermore, there was an allergen menu! There's something on the menu for omnivoresw vegetarians and vegans so everyone can enjoy : greatly recommend this place to everyone!!

Run by a lovely couple, one half cooks the most exquisite vegan food which would force even the most sceptical carnivore to nod their head in appreciation, whilst the other half makes beautiful drinks and provides charming service. Highly recommend to vegans and non-vegans alike

Amazing experience. Every dish was thoughtful, well presented and delicious. The cocktails are well made and the wine is great! Very friendly and welcoming environment. Wish we'd found this place sooner.
