Took my H2 in for a service . Was contacted after lunch to say that the service was approved and that the car would be ready by 4pm.This was also an issue considering the vehicle was in before 7:30am . Well the service advisor never contacted me again after that and I had to get a lift to the dealer with a colleague just before 5pm. The vehicle was standing there so not sure why I was never contacted or fetched to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived home i decided to check the vehicle and found that the engine compartment was dirty and dusty . I would have expected this to have at least been wiped down prior to returning the vehicle. The vehicle was booked way in advance for the service so surely authorisation could have been applied for prior to the vehicle arriving not waste half the day waiting for that to be approved. The service is not great over the three years that I have serviced at this branch and will definitley be using a different branch in future with the hope that the service is better.
Denise and Kristen have been very helpful and kept me updated constantly as stock became available. They went out of their way to get me the best deal and interest rate. Thank you
Took my Haval in on the 15th of December 2022 for JUST A SERVICE before leaving to KZN on holiday. When i went to pick my car up it was SMOKING! Kurt at Haval Fourways told me that its some oil that spilled and it will burn off. On my way home my car got really warm and it kept smoking so i was to nervous to drive it down so a borrowed my brothers bakkie. I told Kurt immediately that this car needs to go back as soon as a come back from holiday. I returned the 9th of Kan and had them towing my car to Haval Fourways because of how much it smoked. There is absolutely no communication from Haval Fourways so it took me a week of constantly phoning them that i heard my turbo gave in? Ny car has 50 000km on the clock?!?! Im the forst driver of that car?!?! There was nothing wrong with my car before THE SERVICE!!!!!! LONG STORY SHORT, its the 25th of January and Kurt is no where to be found. I still dont have my car, i still dont know whats happening and in still borrowing family members cars because Haval Fourways is incompetent. I cant wait to be done with these guys. I want my car Kurt, i need you to call me like you keep on promising to tell me whats happening, i need to know how long my car will still be standing there, i need to know what you are doing on my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We brought our Haval in to get an assessment and quote on a broken mirror, and a month later despite multiple email follow ups, we still have not received the quote. I would not recommend the service centre, I will be looking for an alternative.

Terrible service and turnaround time. I paid a holding deposit for an Haval and decided after 2 months that I can't wait too long and requested a refund. It's been weeks almost a month since I received my refund. Apply accountability in all business transactions not just when you want a sale also in your payments. Not impressed at all.
I was appalled this morning with the behavior of a Salesman named Andre Swanepoel, rude ,arrogant and certainly no customer service knowledge. I was about to purchase a Haval this morning but stopped immediately and walked out Haval Fourways after hearing him go off like a loose Canon. My wife and I were embarrassed with his behavior. Got home and tried calling Julian Maroudas the Dealer Principle to no avail ..
Parts Department has a very poor service record, its absolutely poor month after month its the same parts department for Chevy and Opel its sad cause we still have to try you because you are the dealer in Fourways area we just have to except that your service is just what it is and nothing can be done just as well look for any other dealer close to Fourways out of 10 calls 2 calls will go through to this parts department and they will never call you back poor service very poor
Quite honestly the worst sales experience I ever had in my life.Working in customer service I understand we have bad days or have a lot to deal with.But quite honestly considering the size of a purchase I'm this regard Stephen and his team are abhorrent.If I had been so set on a steed 5 in the model they had I would've just given up on the dealership.Had a much better experience at Woodmead for a service.Non existent pre sale service nevermind after sale
Really good sales service and straight talking. Very busy place with people actually buying cars. I am encouraged to buy here and this brand
