The staff are absolutely fantastic the masseuse that helped me charne was so friendly the nail tech that did my nails was in such a rush that I ended up just saying I was happy cause she seemed annoyed .Other than that I had a relaxing day at the Spa ‍

Relaxing, beautiful and excellent service. Amazing views from the sauna, pool, jacuzzi and treatment chill area. Staff are welcoming and well-informed. Great advice from the therapists for taking care of your skin and muscles.

Absolutely incredible. The views are stunning and their facilities are pretty cool too: they have a steam room, sauna, infinity pool and a whirlpool/jaccuzi. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The massages are a bit pricey but absolutely worth it.

Went for the 60min Gentle Touch For Mom massage. Zodwa was my spa therapist and it was absolutely amazing. She gave me a pregnancy pillow and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the massage. Definitely worth every cent. Calming, relaxing and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also went for a swim in the infinity pool afterwards and I was lucky enough to have the entire pool area to myself. What a treat. Would highly recommend.

What can't I say. Upon entry I was greeted by super friendly reception staff, a quick covid questionnaire and was issued a welcome pack. I was showed to a well kept changing room and headed to the most beautiful waiting area with a few selection of beverages available. I was introduced to my therapist and was had the most amazing massage I had ever had, I thought I had gone for massages before this was pure bliss. The staff was attentive, friendly professional and just made the entire experience a research to return. After an amazing 3 hour session. I got to use the amenities available, indoor pool with an amazing view if the harbor and Bloubergstrand and the sauna with an amazing view of signal hill.

Best spa experience so far, clean , friendly stuff, views of the waterfront.

If you're looking for a place to unwind with an incredible view, look no further. Work up a sweat in their fitness centre, take a dip in the infinity pool, relax in sauna or steam room. Treat yourself to therapeutic massage.

When I made my spa booking for my birthday I specifically stated that I will be using the entertainer app and I was told that they will present me with a voucher to use on a later stage on the day of the treatment. After my treatment I made the payment and requested my voucher for the entertainer app - they then said that they are not part of the entertainer app anymore and they said they will give me the voucher, but I'll have to use it before the end of the month- which was 2 days away. The confrontation spoiled my day of relaxation and the entire spa experience. They did however get back to me and gave me a voucher which I was able to use later, but the experience was already spoiled. I did enjoy the spa - excluding the bad entertainer app experience and the bad manner in which it was handled on the day. The spa has a very beautiful view and the staff are friendly. The spa also offers fruit, ice tea and water which is a nice touch. I do recommend that if you go to the spa, that you bring along your own towel or that you ask for an extra towel. The towel that they give you is very small and after using the spa facilities it was soaking wet and I could not use it to dry myself when I got dressed. I would have given it 1 star, but then the spa did fix the situation and if it was not for the unpleasant entertainer app situation, I would have awarded the spa 4 stars.

My partner and I went for his birthday and had such a lovely time. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, we both really enjoyed our massages and the views are amazing!
