Helderwyk Estate

I do not think there is enough i can say about this fabulous estate It truly ticks all our families needs boxes. So its a win win situation for our entire family. Absolutely breath taking estate. I love all the facilities within the estate and of course the security. The security always greet us with warm smiles and are always so friendly. There are a variety of different things to do which always a bonus with children. There is also a school and a gym ! I can go on & on , this is how impressed I am! An absolute lovely experience with all that is on the estate. I also love the fact that the kiddies can ride their bikes. Families can go for morning or even afternoon walks together feeling save and not consumed by fear of walking " what could go wrong." Or fears that your child would get hit by a reckless car driver. The estate has cameras and very strict speed limits , along with spedbumps . So us this is massive item to tick as there is allot of crime in other areas. We feel our children are protected by the phenomenal & helpful security guards and all the other security measures in place. Another up side is the estate is clean and well kept, so that's also always a fabulous bonus to. I do love this estate and love watching it take shape with all its beautifully unique homes

An absolutely awesome Estate, safe , secure and full of friendly staff just waiting to help you! I love bringing clients to the houses and plots for sale in this paradise. There's always nice neighbors waving and just the serenity is something to admire. Would definitely recommend this Estate to all of my clients

The place is guarded and one can only assume it has high tech quality security from the way the place is growing leaps and bounces.. my stay wasn't long but from what I took note off...it is a safe haven for someone who has a family or a Batchelor..
