I was not really happy how i got treated at the clinic today,i took my son for 3 days check up. I arrived at about 9 i was told i should have arrived by 7 imagine with a new born in this cold weather that old lady who collects and assign people on the que is soo pathetic having to wait on the line with a 3 days child. Its soo pathetic to receive such treatment from a woman.
I have always had an excellent experience with the clinic in question's service, particularly from Sister Elsie, who is strategically placed at the club medicine collection section. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help patients while smiling. Sister Elsie deserves to be recognized, if not applauded! Keep up the good work, Sister, along with your undisclosed colleagues, and please know that your collective gratitude and service is notably and appreciated. I hope the the facility will at some point be renovated to a conducive working environment to match up your distinct service. Stay safe! Thokozani
It's quite a nice clinic, among the best of its kind although a few distinctive renovations are supposed to be considered. Great service by the members of the staff, actually doing their absolutely best in this difficult time faced by the nation as a whole. Imagine having 24hr emergency services, and a number of ambulances too to help the entire community in delivering quality healthcare
Not really bad a service they dishing out, all that is needed is ro speed up but most of them are doi their best.
The worst clinic you can think of. After an accident I went there to fetch my pills, I mentioned that issue and they acted as if it was a joke not paying attention to the issue
A good clinic they treat patience so well
We are not given medication always when we are sick we are referred to buy at the chemist even when we tell them that we don't have cash heartbreaking
I feel for the people there in the Vaal using jojo's while the Vaal dam is kilometers away. Sedibeng municipality you must be ashamed of yourself
