Hell

I ordered food from them through an online platform on 1 st of October 2021 at 11.26 pm and I got information like it will take 89 minutes. Now the time is 2.30 am. No news about the food, unable track the delivery, no one is picking up the call as well. I will update if I receive the food early morning. # Don't do this to a hungry person.

If u aren't able to provide deliveries ,Inform the customer at least. Very bad option for home delivery Never ever Order from there Because they deliver from another country so they need 24 hours ................................................

Nice restaurant for Turkish food. They make fresh stuff like cigara e boerek cheese rolls in front of you. Parking is also not an issue as there is a big parking space right next to it!

If u aren't able to provide deliveries through Lieferheld, please inform the customer at least. Very bad option for home delivery. After ordering food from them, no news at all about them.

The order was cancelled 1.5 hours after the expected delivery, which was already 1.5 hours after the order was placed. No updates. No explanation.

Very bad option for home delivery considering delivery time and sometimes they cancel the order after waiting for 1-2 hours.
